Recommended Use
Consume 1-2 Nrgy Gels 45 with Caffeine per hour. This provides the 45-90 g of carbohydrates per hour that endurance athletes typically require, depending on the length and intensity of their workout.
Note: When consuming Nrgy Gels 45 with Caffeine, be mindful of your caffeine intake. The guidelines for topping up caffeine levels during exercise are generally 1 mg of caffeine per kilogram of bodyweight, per hour. However, caffeine tolerance varies per person, so you will need to adjust intake accordingly. Read our caffeine ingestion protocol for more information.
